In other words, disturbances or destruction to your nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, cranial nerves, peripheral nerves, nerve roots, autonomic nervous system, and neuromuscular junction that results the messages from your brain are not reaching the affected parts of your body. This can cause in loss of hand and arm, or leg and foot movement, function and sensation, loss of coordination, loss of balance, paralysis, weakness and/or muscles floppy, spasm and /or spasticity, tremor and pain.
